1.Overview:
The system uses hydraulic drive, pressure and displacement closed-loop automatic control mode,
multi-point control can be overloaded weighed push synchronization, synchronous lifting,
synchronous landed proportional synchronous lifting, posture leveling, automatic voltage regulator
other functions.
System uses a variable speed pump motor control, relying on the frequency regulation power to
change the motor speed, the pump flow rate to achieve the purpose of continuously adjustable,
with appropriate electronic control and detection systems, we can precisely control the
acceleration and deceleration jack , to achieve synchronization control jack.
2.Second, the system consists of:
The system is composed of six pumps, hydraulic jacks, six sets of frequency control devices, six
sets of control valves, electronic control system and displacement sensors and other components.
3.Third, the principle outlined:

also equipped with a pressure sensor, relying on hydraulic cylinders which can determine the load.
Also equipped with a balancing valve, the valve can guarantee when you are in a hydraulic lift into
the oil state governor, while holding pressure balance valve can reliably ensure that the workpiece
will not free fall, the hydraulic cylinders in the power state still reliable hosting. This system is
suitable for large tonnage long stroke cylinder, which is characterized by jacking speed.

 4.Hydraulic Schematic

The electronic control system is the synchronized movement of the key. It is based on closed-loop
